The place was excellent little and appealing, we loved it. The breakfast was absolutely superb for vegetarians; the staff was exceptionally nice. Had incredible location right in the centre of everything you need while you are there. Plus, a sandy beach was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The location was marvellous everywhere in the Torbay area and met what was needed. Really enjoyed that it was set right by the park, sea and bars and shops, Goodrington Sands and Paignton and paignton bus/train station. Booked a room with lovely views over the bay. A hair dryer and a kettle were there too.

The location was incredible and fab, not far from beach and harbour and Paignton which has a good rail and bus service for reasonable prices and easily accessible.
