Incredible and excellent location in the nice quiet area, short walk to the bay with a view to Brixham, Goodrington Sands and Paignton and the two beaches. Again, walking distance to Roundham. A huge variety of food at the warm and incredible breakfast.

The location was marvellous everywhere in the Torbay area and met what was needed. Really enjoyed that it was set right by the park, sea and bars and shops, Goodrington Sands and Paignton and paignton bus/train station. Booked a room with lovely views over the bay. A hair dryer and a kettle were there too.

I had a family king room included with great freshly cooked breakfast, an amazing shower plus a stunning view. The food was gorgeous - a great selection of options. The location was incredible and fab, not far from beach and harbour and Paignton which has a good rail and bus service for reasonable prices and easily accessible. The people were incredibly nice, will exceed the expectations.
